Lancaster County Family Ties

(NEWPHER) WOLF, ELIZABETH ANNE was the wife of Lazarus Wolf.  She was probably born in the Terre Hill, PA area.  She probably was the daughter of James and Mary (???) Newpher. I have not found a marriage record yet. According to her gravestone in Terre Hill Cemetery, Terre Hill, PA she was born 3 May 1847 and died 11 Nov. 1898. According to family members there were 17 children who survived to adulthood - I cannot confirm or deny this currently. WOLF, LAZARUS was born in Lancaster County, PA (depending on the source you use) between 1840 and 1844. Per a questionnaire that Dorothy Wolf answered in March 1986 for me, he was born Sept 1, 1841 and this is the date on his gravestone (per www.Findagrave.com) in Terre Hill at Terre Hill Cemetery.     He was the son of Michael and Lydia (Ulrich) Wolf. He married Elizabeth Anne Newpher (probably born May 3, 1847). At this point, I do not know who her parents were or when Lazarus and Elizabeth married. Per the 1850 Census, he was residing with his parents/siblings at Brecknock, Lancaster Co., Penn.
